By using ArborCare ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ArborCare is field-service management software for tree care and similar businesses, providing customer, job, invoicing, and staff management via a web app and Android app.
A business owner registers their company with full responsibility and may invite employees via a private join code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
New company accounts receive a 14-day free trial, no payment card required. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are shown at sign-up. The subscription may be cancelled at any time; access to your data stops at the end of the paid period.
Your company retains full ownership of the data you enter (customers, jobs, invoices). ArborCare provides the infrastructure but is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of the data you enter. You are responsible for complying with data protection law towards your own customers/employees, and for lawful use of the Service.
Prohibited: illegal use, sharing account credentials with third parties, reverse engineering, disrupting the operation or security of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArborCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including lost revenue or data.
Your company may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
