This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use ArborCare ("we", "the service").
ArborCare is developed and operated by kos-tech.eu (Kostas Tzavaras). For any questions regarding your personal data, contact us at support@arborcare.top.
Account data: name, email, encrypted login credentials, company details (name, phone, address, email, website, logo).
Data you enter into the app (as a business user): your customers' details (name, phone, address), job details (address, recorded GPS coordinates, photos, notes, pricing), employee details (name, email). For this category of data, your company is the Data Controller and we act as Data Processor, in accordance with the terms of your subscription.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, error logs for security and troubleshooting.
GPS location is only collected when the user actively taps "Record GPS location" on a specific job, to log the work location. There is no continuous or background location tracking.
Performance of a contract for delivering the service (6.1.b); consent for push notifications and GPS location capture (6.1.a); legitimate interest where applicable (6.1.f).
Google Firebase (push notifications) — may involve data transfer outside the EU/EEA. Stripe (payment processing, once enabled). Our hosting provider for our database.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Following a deletion request, data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe (30 days), except where longer retention is required by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing, under GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@arborcare.top. If you are a customer or employee of a company using ArborCare, please contact that company directly.
We use HTTPS encryption, per-company data isolation, and encrypted login credentials.
The service is intended for business use and not directed at anyone under 18. If you are under 18, use the service only with parental or guardian consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the app or by email.
